Safe Roof Cleaning Methods
I have noticed an increase in the black streaks on my asphalt shingle roof but was not sure who to call. I looked in the phone book and found a roof cleaning company that advertised cleaning off the black streaks. I had them come out and they told me that it was black roof algae and that they could clean it up without harming the shingles. I loved their before and after photos of other roofs that looked just like mine. I hired the roof cleaning company and they did an awesome job. My roof looks like the day they installed it and I am very sold on safe roof cleaning methods.
