Is Casualwear Making a Foray into Formal Dress?
We all know about casualwear days at work, and these are getting more and more common with the tacit agreement that – well, it doesn’t really matter what you wear if you’re in an office not facing the public, but simply sitting at a desk. A shirt and tie, or smart blouse and skirt isn’t going to help you do your job better, is it?
But now casualwear is also making an attack on the formal occasion too. Women are getting more and more fed up with fashion trends that dicate they must feel physically uncomfortable just to look trendy. For example, ladies gladiator sandals have been seen more and more at formal parties instead of high heels. Isn’t this a good thing?
