Girl Hit on Bike by Drunk Driver Dies
I was reading in the newspaper about a drunk driver that hit and killed a young girl as she was riding her bike down the side walk. The man behind the wheel of the truck was so drunk that he could not navigate the road and went onto the side walk, hit the girl and then smashed into the side of someones home. The young girl was killed instantly. The parents of the young girl decided they were going to contact a wrongful death attorney to see if they could get anything out of the driver to pay for the funeral expenses.
