An Unsettling Fact
I am applying for a job for the government and while I knew they would do a background check on my, I was amazed at home much information they had in their hands about my life. They knew things about me that I had forgotten all about! I found out that a lot of my information is available for just about anyone for a fee over the Internet. I even looked up my divorce records online just to see if I could, and sure enough, they were there. It’s kind of unsettling to realize how easily someone can find out all about you.
