You can develop information products that they may purchase. This can be an audio email course pertaining to good back health or a book on nutrition. Or it may be a daily email that offers them an important health tip.

The main point is that you should consider some sort of information product or products that you can sell to your patients and to those who are simply visiting your site. This is a good way to expand your profits via the same client base.
