Ask if all faucets work. Check if hot water heated is updated because if it’s not you will get inflated electricity bills and mild warm water. Check if shutoff valves are working, pipes are made of material that doesn’t use lead, and toilets are low flow type. You should also inquire about size of pipes because if the house has small sized pipes, water flow won’t be any good.
