Cover Your Furniture Before Sanding Your Floors
My contractor for the house that I am flipping said that sanding hardwood floors is the next step in the process. He promised that there would be no dust, but I do not believe him. In fact, I know there will be dust, because this is not my first rodeo, so to speak. I have been in a house before when sanding was being done, and I was coughing for the next two days. This is a dusty process, and do not let anyone tell you that it is not. If you suffer from allergies, you better make plans to be out of the house.
