What exercises are necessary in your workout routine?
Fitness experts in the field of exercise science have broken down these exercises and called them things like primal patterns of movement, the pillars of human movement and so on. Basically what they are all saying is that any exercise you do will fall into a category of pushing, pulling, rotating, squatting, lunging or a combination of. body weight exercises are the best place to start. Here are some examples:
Pushing: Push-ups: Try doing 1 set of as many as you can each day
Pulling: Pull-ups: You’ll need a bar to pull from. Do as many you can
Rotation: Twisting: Very easy. Try a set of 40-100 repetitions
Squatting: Squats: Try sets of 20-100
Lunging: Walking Lunges: Try 1 set of as many as you can.
Walking: Try walking 30 minutes each day
Running: I recommend find a steep hill of about 50 yards and running 5-10 times
