Make Positive Changes With Primal Cookbooks

I just returned from a lengthy visit with my sister.  We hadn’t seen each other in nearly five years, so the visit was long overdue.  When I arrived at her home I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful she looked.  The last time I saw her she was nearly 100 pounds overweight.  Now she is at a healthy weight and is a picture of health.  I asked her what her secret was since I am not in the best of shape.  She showed me the primal cookbooks she’s been using for the past year.  She showed me some of her favorite recipes and cooked several of them for me.  Now that I am home I am going to start following these recipes and regain my health.
