They Understand Small Business Owners
I work for a small business insurance company. I like my job very much. I deal with a lot of customers who are unhappy and my job is to make them happy. I can relate to all the customers who call in since I am also a small business owner who is a customer of this very company. I tell people my true story all the time and it helps reassure them that this company is really good, since their own employee would use them. My company is growing rapidly and they don’t make my fees ridiculously expensive either. They understand what it takes to have a business, and that’s what I like about them.
