They looked like just a fad at first.  I was seeing mostly kids gliding down the sidewalk with just their tennis shoes on.   Then I started to see a few adults doing the same thing.  Now I watch commuters rushing for the bus moving over the ground in their skate shoes.  The ones for adults are not the gaudy ones that first came out but tastefully done to look like the sneakers that would be normally worn on the commute.  It makes sense to roll to work in that you get a little better exercise,  keep your balance keen,  and once you learn how,  arrive relaxed.

I would like to have a talk with whoever started the rumor that a woman’s skin gets better when she is pregnant. They were telling a big fat lie. I have always had some acne, but it has gotten worse since I have been pregnant. In fact, I don’t even think that it was this bad when I was a teenager. Where can you go to taste award winning wines in the Midwest?  St. James Winery in Missouri where their wine tasting room is open seven day a week at various times.  This discreet, beautiful winery was established in 1970 and has earned many awards and competitions throughout the following years.  Family owned and operated they have a vast knowledge of the wine business and many products to show for all their hard work.  When we visited, I quickly discovered that my favorite was the strawberry wine.  I felt like I was sitting down to a large bowl of freshly picked strawberries.
